With a 15-year career in web quality issues – website evaluation, web writing, structuring, content management and ergonomics - Jean-Marc has been one of Tipik’s key web experts over the last four years. With a background in journalism, he is now a consultant and trainer, and author of two books on web quality. He remains at the cutting edge of innovation, defining quality standards for different web phenomena. What drives him is the human reader behind all technology and trends, and the challenge of making the web friendlier for the reader.
