Tipik set up a team (Ecoteam) to monitor the impact our work has on the environment. As an example, we use 100% recycled paper for internal needs. Bikes are also available for staff for short distances, as is a 100% electric car for off-site work. For several years now, we have been in the process of obtaining certification for our respect for the environment. Our eco-friendly efforts and approach have subsequently been recognised and rewarded. The Brussels-Capital region awarded us the ‘Ecodynamic Enterprise’ label for which we recently received our second star.

Tipik’s recruitment policy is such that there is no discrimination based on nationality, gender, age or religion. Our 115 staff members represent 27 different nationalities and reflect a balance between men and women. Communication begins with us.
With Tipik, quality is never left to chance. Our company has been ISO 9001 certified since 2005 and we are audited every six months by the international company DNV (Det Norske Veritas). Our clients can rest assured: we guarantee quality using a rigorously controlled production process (project specifications, planning, work and approval phases, quality control, and so on). This in no way compromises our creativity.
