News - Events team giving the Belgian Presidency its best shot
The 9th Round Table on Poverty and Social Exclusion took place on 18 and 19 October in Brussels, with over 400 participants from policy-makers to NGOs discussing poverty in Europe.
Tipik's Event team reinforced the team to make this high-profile event - including a visit of His Majesty King Albert II of Belgium and Her Majesty Queen Paola of Belgium – to run as smoothly as possible. Six workshops, a gala dinner, seven on-site visits and a plenary session turned out a great success. Our audiovisual team also covered the plenary session live: scripting the event (light, audio, gears on stage), creating slides, showing the videos, etc.
Tipik has won a contract to organise six conferences within the framework of the Belgian Presidency of the European Union. These conferences form part of the European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion.
