The management at Tipik is convinced that efficiency and productivity go hand-in-hand with balance and respect.

Environmental commitment

Tipik has set up an Ecoteam to monitor how work carried out impacts upon the environment. Initiatives include using 100% recycled paper for internal needs, making bicycles available for employees for short distances, and the recent decision to begin a certification process to recognise our respect for the environment.
Equal opportunities commitment
Tipik’s recruitment policy is such that there is no discrimination based on nationality, gender, age or religion. Our 115 staff members represent 27 different nationalities and reflect a balance between men and women. Communication begins with us.
Quality commitment

With Tipik, quality is never left to chance. Our company has been ISO 9001 certified since 2005 and we are audited every six months by the international company DNV (Det Norske Veritas). Our clients can rest assured: we guarantee quality using a rigorously controlled production process (project specifications, planning, work and approval phases, quality control, and so on). This in no way compromises our creativity.
